WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
OUR PRESIDENT’S PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A son of Indian immigrants, who moved to the United States at the age of nine, Mr. Peter is a self-made man, who put himself through a law school by serving in the US Military for 8 years. He then worked for a federal judge in the Eastern District of California, followed by the nation’s oldest Wall Street law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and International law firm Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. He also served as a Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Universal Studios before founding Peter Law Group in 2005.
WE USE THE BEST TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE
We embrace technology and are 99% digital. We look at any process thinking – how can we make that more effective and reduce costs for our clients. Our lawyers focus on actual cases and not bureaucracy. That helps us be more efficient and available to our clients, whenever they need us.
SELECTIVE HIRING POLICY
We purposefully keep our team small. Each team member has valuable interchangeable skills and can substitute one another when necessary. Information never gets lost and decisions are made almost immediately.
WE ARE VERY WELL CONNECTED
Mr. Peter is one of the most well-connected lawyers in the United States. In 2005 he founded The Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel (AMEC). For 17 years the AMEC has been a platform for over 14,000 accomplished men and women working as in-house counsels and business affairs attorneys at major law firms and entertainment and media companies.
